These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them. If you become an Operra customer, a separate services agreement governs that relationship and takes precedence.

Our content
The site's content — text, design, graphics, logos and software — is owned by Operra or licensed to us, and protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark law. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own evaluation of our services. You may not republish it, sell it, or use it commercially without our written permission.
"Operra" and our logo are our trade marks. You may not use them without our written permission.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee it is complete, accurate or up to date, and content may change without notice. We do not guarantee the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict any part of it without notice.
